8 Apps every girlboss should have

Being a #GIRLBOSS is hectic, a lot goes into planning and strategising, then comes the execution. If you have a day job and are hustling on the side its even more exhausting, sometimes it feels mentally impossible to digest everything. If you want to be the ultimate girl boss that can manage everything, here are some Apps to get you organised.

How do you feel when people are late? Exactly! Every girl boss needs a car service App, whether its Uber or whatever you have in your city, get one. It is more convenient to use a driver when attending meetings because the car drops you at the lobby so you don’t have to worry about parking or getting lost, moreover you can use the passenger time for some last minute preparations, check emails etc.

Sign Easy

We are in a digital era and it is common practice to partner with people in different locations, all the people i’ve done business with are across the globe from me. Sign Easy enables you to sign documents online on your device – how convenient is that! I can literally be at a party and receive a document, sign it and share it with other people to sign too. However there is a catch, its not free, there is a little subscription fee but totally worth it if you ask me.

This is the biggest networking platform for business people- liken it to Facebook for business. LinkedIn is a great way to meet like minded professionals across different industries all over the world. You can connect with them, send messages and who knows what opportunities can arise from that? It is a good way to appear professional and attract partners or even clients.

C’mon lets save trees and avoid writing things on paper or printing documents. With Evernote you can scribble ideas in a meeting then later translate these into a formal email. You can transfer files and even images from your email or phone and create documents to reference to later. I use Ever Note a lot to plan my blog posts and business proposals, you can even set reminders for important deadlines. When i’m on my computer i can log in and still access the notes i made using the mobile App. You also appear more glamourous and ‘put together’ when you take notes on a tech device than write on a paper.

I’m sure we can all agree that branding is everything for us girl bosses. Canva allows you to design creative graphics which you can use for your blog, business, social media etc. using different templates for free. If you want your branding to be consistent and present ‘uniform’ graphics Canva is definitely your go to App.

Dropbox is one of my favourites, it is a cloud storage platform for anything really. It is a convenient way to store pictures, documents or any type of file. One of the advantages is that it allows you to share the files and so you can grant your team access and vice versa. Since it is online, you can access files from anywhere provided you have internet access.

This is my absolute favourite and i highly recommend it! As a girl boss i’m sure you need to engage with your customers, what better way to do that than newsletters, weekly updates and more? Mailchimp enables you to create campaigns and send out to your email list at your own convenience from mobile, tablet or computer devices. You can check your open rates andΒ  other analytics from the dashboard allowing you to make more informed decisions.

Daily Butt

Let’s face it, being attractive and presentable has its perks. Everyone wants to work with good looking people so get your exercise routine on and get into shape. Daily Butt is like your own personal trainer you can bring along even when you travel.
